At Everkind Supplements, we are committed to providing high-quality health supplements and ensuring your orders are delivered safely and securely. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. All shipping fees are payable at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Methods
We use trusted local courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely. Courier partners may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days
Everkind Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.
7. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Opened or used products
All sales are considered final unless otherwise required by South African law.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged upon delivery, or
- Incorrect (not what you ordered),
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Defective Products (CPA Rights)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to return goods within 6 months of delivery if the product is:
- Defective
- Unsafe
- Not of good quality
- Not reasonably suitable for its intended purpose
If a product is confirmed to be defective, Everkind Supplements may:
- Replace the product, or
- Refund the purchase price (where legally required)
Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
10. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Products not in their original condition
Unless the product is defective as defined under South African consumer law.
11. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at merilda_j@hotmail.com
- We may require photographic evidence of damaged items or proof of non-delivery
- If a claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or solution in line with South African consumer law
12. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate
- If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, additional delivery fees may apply
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer
13. Privacy and Data Use
Customer information, including your name, address, and contact details, is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act.
